Recomping – Can It be Used To Recomp?
If you do want to use LGD-4033 to recomp, it is recommended that you do an eight-week cycle. No matter what results you are looking for when it comes to LGD-4033 you can expect to start feeling physical changes within 7-10 days of the cycle.
This doesn’t mean that you will start to see muscle, but it does mean you will find yourself feeling as though you have more energy and strength which will help you really boost your workouts.

When it comes to cutting weight, you don’t really need to dose highly as you can just let the fat naturally decrease and allow the LGD-4033 to preserve your muscle and even build a little.
So you can get away with around 5mg a day as you don’t really need too much as you’re not trying to bulk up.
When using this SARM for cutting you will preserve your current muscle and build a pound or two more.
LGD-4033 is much better suited for bulking and recomping. Some may even say that it is a waste to use this on a cut. I wouldn’t quite go that far but Ostarine is much better suited for cutting and that is what I would recommend using for this purpose.
Though you can expect different results at different lengths of time depending on what aim you have for this SARM, one thing that is consistent throughout is that whatever result you desire, will be achieved quickly.
You will also certainly feel an automatic boost in energy within the first two weeks of usage, making it one of the most efficient SARMs on the market.
Remember to get the best results possible, you will need to put the work in at the gym and in the kitchen.
